Healthy smoothie for five veg a day.

To get your five vegetable a day all in one sitting, I have devised a tasty and detoxifying drink. Place half a pint of unsalted tomato juice in a smoothie maker, add a stick of celery, half a carrot washed and peeled of course, one fresh beetroot, a small chunk of cucumber, a little spinach, some watercress ,not too much, a lettuce leaf, a dash of Worcestershire sauce, finally a pinch of five spice and a teaspoon of oats. You can adjust the amounts of whatever you like the taste of best. Then blitz. Drink every morning and you will have internal cleaning and purification each day, plus your recommended amount of veggies. Best to drink straight away and stirring occasionally to stop separation. Don’t leave overnight as the enzymes in all the ingredients start to blend and rot.
